Payments can be made via check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) and will be processed at the time of shipment. Payment must be received prior to shipping. 

All of our paper items are printed in the USA. Paper stock varies to best fit each product. If you have any further questions about this please contact us.

Product is packaged as follows:

  • Single cards are packaged in a clear sleeve with a product label on the back. 
  • Boxed sets are packaged in a clear box with a product label that wraps from the front to the back of the box. 
  • Notepads are packaged with a frosted/clear belly band in a clear sleeve. 
  • Recipe cards and gift tags are packaged in a clear sleeve.
  • Art prints are enclosed in a clear sleeve with white chipboard backing and a product label.

Product must be sold in its original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up. Please email with any questions regarding product packaging.

Steel Calligraphy Signs
Our steel signs are sealed with a satin clear coat lacquer.
Each sign may have unique markings or characteristics based on the steel sheet from which it was cut. All signs are made in Lexington, Nebraska. Due to their size, signs will ship in a separate box from the rest of any order.

Turnaround Time
We always strive to fulfill orders as fast as we can. Turnaround time for paper-only orders is typically 1-2 weeks. We ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for orders containing steel signs. Please contact us regarding any time-sensitive orders.

Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice and charged at the time of shipment. Orders ship from Denver, Colorado and will ship via UPS or USPS.

If an item is backordered, the default is that you will be notified of the backorder, and the rest of your order will be processed and shipped. Once the item is back in stock we will ship it to you immediately.

Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations must be emailed to within 24 hours of placing your order. A 20% restocking fee may be incurred for any cancellation submitted past 24 hours. Returns may be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by the packing slip or invoice, highlighting the returned items. Please notify us of any product damaged in shipping within 5 days of receiving your order.
